strength training
Invicta Training Programs are for athletes of all sports, as well as, people with goals to improve their health and bodies.
Invicta Training Programs adapt to the goals of the person. They take a detailed approach that starts with testing to determine your starting point and then develop an evolving program that not only provides a road map but also leads to results. Each program is created based on the needs of the athlete and allows each person to individualize their training to enhance their specific needs and goals. Athletes are allowed full facility use in order to maximize training opportunities and goal achievement.
Personalized training programs are developed by our team of highly educated strength and conditioning professionals. Each trainer is experienced in developing programs for athletes at all levels.
All programs are constructed for each ability group in order to increase strength, speed, power, quickness and most importantly make your athlete more resilient to injury. All programs are result driven and every session is under the constant guidance and supervision of ITC's highly trained personal training instructors.
Training packages are made on a month by month basis. The 1st month assessment is $201. Each consecutive month is only $36/month.
